DNS error NW-31250-1: Download start again
For some players it helps to restart the aborted Download again.
- You go in the PS4 start menu, go to the "messages".
- There you go to the "Downloads".
- Click on the broken-off Download.
NW-31250-1: DNS-Server manually, enter
The above tip does not help, change your DNS Server manually.
- Go to the "settings"->"network".
- Click on "set up Internet connection".
- Select where it defines "user. Enter all of the necessary information such as the password for your network.
- In the "IP address settings" go to "Auto" and go to "DNS settings" to "Manual".
- You use the addresses 8.8.8.8 as the "Primary DNS", and 8.8.4.4 as the "Secondary DNS". You can also try it with the addresses 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
DNS-Server to specify manually
