Paint on command-line command and start it manually - so it goes

Paint you can start with a simple command on the command line manually. This is useful when the Explorer hangs, or you do not want to search for a long time to Paint. In our guide you will find the individual steps.

Paint open it manually via the command line

  1. Press first the keys [Windows] + [R] to open the command line.
  2. In the second step, enter the command to Start the Paint: "mspaint" (without the Examples). The "ms" stands for Microsoft, because Paint is an in-house Microsoft product.
  3. Finally confirm with a click on "OK" to start to Paint. After a few seconds, the Software will open.
