To remove a header or footer in OpenOffice
You have a header or footer is too much added, you can remove the redundant line. And so it goes:
- Click in the top bar, click "Insert".
- Now select "header" or "footer", depending on which Element you want to remove.
- Remove the checkmark next to "default" by tapping on it.
- Confirm the warning ending with "OK".
