Conditional formatting to desired cells
Now you can specify the desired cells to the previously created formatting to be applied under certain conditions:
- Select the cells where the conditional formatting is to be effective.
- From the menu, select "Format" and "Conditional formatting".
- You create your condition. You want to create more than one condition, you must select the Checkboxes next to "condition 2", etc. Note that the formatting is used, the first applies. To take, for example, condition 1 and 2 is selected in the formatting condition 1.
- In our example, we select the condition as follows: We leave the first selection list in the "cell value is" and select the second "greater than". In the text box we type in the number 0, and select "receipts" from the list of format templates.
- The terms and conditions, available under "cell value is" are you simple, you can select "formula is", and so the usual formulas in the conditional formatting use.
