Video-function to disable in Skype
- Log-in to Skype. Click at the top of the tab to "actions" and then "options".
- Select on the Left "General". There you will find the sub-item "video settings".
- Select "Video and screen sharing" the point "nobody". Then click on "Save".

The Webcam disable
You want to make sure that nobody is filming unnoticed, you can disable the built-in Webcam complete.
- Click "Start" and go to the "control panel". Enter the top right in the search box "device Manager". Select the same search result.
- It's a list of any connected Hardware appears. Go to the "image processing devices". There you will find an entry such as "USB2.0 Webcam". Click this entry once.
- Click Disable at the top right in the tab button (see Screenshot). After that, the Webcam will be disabled permanently.
