Extension via the Plugin-Manager to install
Since some versions is pre-installed in Notepad the former extension "Plugin Manager". With this you can very simply extensions from the official extension list for Notepad++ to install.
- In the menu, select "extensions" and "plug-in Manager" and then "Show Plugin Manager".
- Put a check mark next to the extensions you want to install (all the extensions from the list mentioned above are available here), and then click "Install".
- The Plugin Manager takes care of also automatically Updates to the extensions.

Some extensions are not found in the official download directory of Notepad++ to. You can download these from the Internet.
- Unzip the .the zip-file.
- You will have to copy the contained .dll file in the "plugins" folder in the program folder of Notepad++ (e.g., "C://Programme (x86)/notepad++/plugins).
- Restart Notepad++ if it is still open. The installed extension, you can now find in the menu "extensions".
