Music cut - cut programs for MP3

With various programs you can cut music together. No matter whether you want to create from each of the stories, an audiobook, a Playlist like in one piece or, for example, a Song to cut to. Here, we introduce you to two very good Freeware programs for Audio editing:

MP3s loss to cut with MP3DirectCut

Sometimes it comes down to the best quality: Because MP3DirectCut misses the conversion as an intermediate step, with this little Tool, MP3 files loss-free cutting and cut it together. Mp3DirectCut is available in our Download area free of charge. This is how it works:
  1. A prerequisite is that all the MP3 files are located in the same directory.
  2. Select in the menu "file" the point "series features...".
  3. Click on the Button with the three dots in the top right, select the folder that contains the files that you want to cut and then select "OK".
  4. If you don't want to cut all the files you select in the list the desired files. Drag & Drop you can change the order.
  5. Now, remove the asterisk in the text box at the top next to the Button with the three dots and enable it down the field "Name add".
  6. You write in the text box to the right of the desired file name and finally click on Start. You may need to confirm a message with "OK". The cut file is in the folder that contains the individual files.
Audio editing without quality loss

Music cut together with the all-rounder Audacity

Audacity can be pretty much anything that has to do with the editing of music and to expect from a Freeware. Audacity allows you to in our Download area download. With this Freeware, you can cut far more than just Tracks together. But with Audacity, quite simple:
  1. Select "file" then "Import" and "Audio...". Then select the files you want to merge. Multiple files you can select by holding down the [CTRL] key pressed. Now each file opens in a separate track with each other.
  2. You can now the first track as it is and you will have to copy the other songs in the desired order as follows to the end of the first song: Click in the desired track and press [CTRL]+[C] to copy the entire audio track.Now switch to the other track, in the beginning of file open and set the Cursor with a click on the audio track to the end of the piece. Then press [CTRL]+[V] to the copied piece to the end of insert. Repeat this for all remaining files.
  3. You have added all the pieces to the beginning of the piece, and the result may be edited, select "file" and then "Export...".
  4. Select the file name, destination, and possibly Format and click "Save" to export the file, in which the individual pieces are joined together.
Edit music with Audacity
With Audacity, you can also select only parts of an audio track with the Cursor, and then cut it together. A small Tutorial for the first steps with Audacity can be found in our photo gallery.
