Hoster is a Problem in JDownloader - you can do
The error message "Hoster Problem" in JDownloader a number of possible causes, which is why there is no single solution. Try the following approaches to resolve the error.
- Make sure that you have the latest Version of JDownloader use. You can also start the Update function of the tool, by clicking in the menu bar on "help" and then "search for updates" button.
- Since the JDownloader Java-based, you should use the latest Java Runtime Environment install.
- You should have for the affected file-hosters Premium Account in JDownloader entered, remove this information and try to find the file in the Free mode download. Then, you can enter your user data again.
- Check whether you can download the file easily in your Web Browser. This is the case, it is probably blocked the Internet connection of JDownloaders. Turn on test your Firewall and then try to start the Download again. The file can now be download, you need to add JDownloader to the exception of your Firewall rules. To do this, enter the following files in the filter rules: JDownloader.exe, JDownloader.jar, JDownloaderBETA.exe, JDownloaderD3D.exe, JdownloaderPortable.exe and JDUpdate.exe
- You put in the settings of JDownloader maximum Connections per Hoster download. To do this, click in the menu bar, click "settings" and change the options "Max. Connections per Download" and "Max. simultaneous Downloads per Hoster" to the value "1".
- It may of course also be a fault at the hosting provider, on whose Server the files are stored. In this case, you can do nothing else than wait until the Problem was solved.
