Java: Auto-Update disable
Note that you should install important Java security Updates, especially if you regularly use Java applications.
- Click with the right mouse button on the Java icon in the Windows bar at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the item "properties".
- Click on the tab "Update" and uncheck "Automatically check for Updates".
- In the following window you can choose whether or not or only on a monthly basis to not check for Updates.
- Then confirm with "Apply" and "OK".
