With Photoshop, you can also do simple tasks like your images to rotate. Only these features is somewhat hidden:

Start Photoshop and open the photo that you turn to.
Click on the menu item "selection" and then click "select All".
Select in the tab "edit" and "Free transform".
On the picture you will find several fields with values for Position, rotation and angle.
You can now adjust the value for the angle to your Liking.
