ICQ is down: Server error when the Chat network?
- First, check your Internet connection, to ensure that the Problem is on your network. Call this in the Browser, some websites and try out other programs that also require an Internet connection. Please uninstall ICQ and reinstall the current Version on your PC.
- If ICQ does not work on your Smartphone or Tablet, uninstall the App and download the current Version down. The program is available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone in our download area.
- If ICQ is still not working, there is probably a fault on the part of the Chat network. On the website allestoerungen.de can you check whether other users of the current Problem are affected.
- Alternatively, you can also see on the website isitdownrightnow.comwhether disturbances in the ICQ-network.
- In such case, you can unfortunately do nothing except to wait and see. Should the Problem persist, please contact the ICQ-Support.
