Decimals in AutoCAD setting
With the vector-based drawing program, AutoCAD allows you to your technical drawings dimensioning. So ask for your dimension, the number of decimal places individually:
- Start AutoCAD and open the drawing.
- Then type with the keyboard in the lower command bar the command "Dimstyle" or "dimension style". It is a new window with the title "dimension Manager" will open (see image).
- Click on the Button "Change". Now a window will open again.
- Under the tab "primary units" you can set in the "accuracy" of the number of decimal places for the dimension set.
- Save settings finally click "Ok".
