In this practical tip we will explain how you can in Google SketchUp objects and hide can unhide. This works with just a few clicks of the mouse.

With the free 3D Software "SketchUp Make" for Windows and Mac OS you can quickly creating 3D objects. In order to make the work more manageable, you can hide individual objects. To do this, proceed as follows:
  1. Start SketchUp and open any file in which an object to be hidden.
  2. Select all the lines and surfaces of the object that you want to hide.
  3. You make a right mouse click on the selected polygons and select the Option "Grouping". All marked objects are connected to each other.
  4. Via right click you can hide the group.

If you want to display your object, proceed as follows:
  1. Click in the menu bar to the tab "window" and select "outline". A new window will open that shows you all the objects which are hidden and displayed.
  2. Select your desired group, right-click, and click on the Option "Show".
  3. Your desired object is displayed.
