Adobe Acrobat: insert Text - how to

With Adobe Acrobat, you can insert Text in PDF documents. How this works, we will explain in this guide.

Text in PDF document insert

A prerequisite for the insertion of Text is that the PDF document is not protected. Open the PDF file in which you insert Text like with Adobe Acrobat.
  • You can click on "tools" and then "content editing".
  • Select the tool "Text to add".
  • Now click on the desired place in the PDF to insert Text.
  • At the bottom right you can select a Font and size.
  • When you are finished, click again on the tool "add Text" to turn it off.
