Rotating images Paint.NET - so it works!
- In the Paint-NET-menu bar, select "window" and select the "Tools"window, if it is not yet visible.
- Select in the Tools window, the arrow Icon in the top right ("Selected pixels"Icon).
- Click with the right mouse button on the image and hold the button - to rotate the image to the desired angle.
