Automatic Hyperlinks in Word to disable: auto-correction options to change
Word converts typed Links into Hyperlinks. How to disable this feature, we show you here.
- Click in Word on the Office icon in the top left and select the "Word options" from.
- At this point, click on the tab "document examination" and then click the Button "AutoCorrect options".
- Select the tab "AutoFormat as you type" and uncheck the Option "Internet and network paths with Hyperlinks".
- Confirm the Change using "OK" and return to the Word options again on "OK".
