Envelope with Word 2010 and 2007, print
To print an envelope to your Liking, proceed as follows:
- Click in the header on the tab "broadcasts".
- Click left on the "envelopes".
- A dialog window will open. Go here to the tab "envelopes".
- Here you can enter the top of the receiver and the bottom of the sender.
- If you want to omit the sender, put a check mark next to "Omit".

You have entered the addresses, you should check the print properties so that nothing goes wrong:
- In the dialog window click on "options".
- It is the first tab "envelope options" opens. Here you can set the Format of the envelope - for example "DL" for DIN-lang. DL corresponds to the normal letter format, in which a DIN A4 sheet in thirds is folded. C6 corresponds to an envelope in which a DIN A4 sheet of paper two times in the middle is folded.
- Under the tab "print options" you can set how the envelope is to be entered in the printer.
- You have configured everything to your Liking, you can print with a click on "Print" the envelope directly or "add To document" as the first page for the document set. The envelope can also be multiple printing.

In older versions of Word, you can set up the envelopes.
- Word 2003, 2002, and XP: Go to "tools" menu. Click on "letters and mailings" then "envelopes and labels".
- Word 2000: Go to the "tools" menu and then "envelopes and labels".
