- Open Word and click on the tab "broadcasts".
- Depending on the Office Version you find on the right side the Button "labels" or "labels".
- It is a new window in which you type in at the top for the time being the address of the recipient opens. Alternatively, you can select the address book Button to add a recipient from your Outlook contacts.
- Now you need to select a Design for the sticker. To do this, click on the "options" Button. Here you can select if you want to print on pre-made labels, the manufacturer and the model. But you can also choose via the Button "New label" your own format template. In this example, we will select the default formatting by the manufacturer "Avery Zeckform" the number "3422". Then click the "OK"Button.
- You choose now whether you wish to have a page full of labels ("A page of the same label"), or whether you need just "A label".
- Click on the Button "New document", is transferred to the label in Word. You can now change the size, Font and color of the label.
- Press the key combination "Ctrl" and "P", you can print the labels then.
