Powerpoint presentation as an HTML file save

You want to make a Powerpoint presentation as an HTML file save, you need no additional program. Depending on the Version of Office and execution, you need to go the other way. We will show you how to do it.

Powerpoint presentation in the usual way as an HTML file save

This way only works on Office 2003 and some of the "Professional"versions of newer versions.
  1. Open the Powerpoint presentation and click the top left of the window, click "file" or the Office Button.
  2. Select the item "Save under".
  3. Click on the "file type", select "website" and click on "Save".
  4. The presentation is now saved as an HTML file.

The instructions above does not work, you need a different approach:
  1. Open the Powerpoint presentation and on your keyboard, press simultaneously the keys "Alt" and "F11". Now, the Editor from Visual Basic opens for applications.
  2. Now press the two keys "Ctrl" + "G", opens at the bottom of the "right sector". Enter the following:
  3. Active presentation.SaveAs "C:\Users\XXX\Desktop\Dateiname", ppSaveAsHTML, msoFalse
  4. Enter "XXX" replace by your user name. The "file name" you can put on yourself.
  5. Then click "Enter", the presentation is saved in HTML Format.
