How to set a Powerpoint background image
Since Office 2007, you need to change the background images of one or more slides, on the design tab.
- Select the appropriate slide and go to the tab "draft" at the top of the menu bar.
- Click on the right side on "Background style".
- Now, you will see several templates with backgrounds. You can select either a Background, or the "format Background" for a private use.
- After you have selected the "picture or texture fill" you can select under "file" an appropriate image and insert.
- Under the path, you can change your background image even further, for example, textures all over the screen tiles to make the image transparent.
- If you want to use the Background only for the current slide, you can exit the window by clicking on "Close".
- If you want to apply the image to all slides, click on "apply To all".
