PowerPoint: copying objects

As in all Office programs, you can also copy PowerPoint objects quickly and in another place, or even in other Office documents to insert. How this works, we will show you in this guide.

The classic way: objects from the clipboard

You want to use individual objects in Powerpoint in other films or even in other Office programs, it is recommended that the path on the clipboard. To do this, proceed according to the following steps.
  • Select the object to be copied by clicking on it with the mouse. You can now use the key combination Ctrl+C to copy the object to the clipboard. With the key combination Ctrl+V you can paste the object to any point in your presentation or in other Office documents.
  • You want to copy several objects, click on these objects one by one while holding down the shift key. The contents of the clipboard, choose the tab "Start-up" ads.
  • Go to the menu bar in the sub-group "clipboard" and click on the small arrow in the lower left corner. In the open clipboard, you just have to select the object by clicking on it to insert it elsewhere.
