Powerpoint: A digital Countdown create

You can start your Powerpoint presentation with a Countdown, or even parts within the presentation to dramaturgically enhance. How this works, we will explain in this practical tip.

Countdown in Powerpoint, insert

For our example, we put a Countdown to the beginning of the Powerpoint presentation. The Countdown you will have to create manually unfortunately, a ready-made function for that, unfortunately, there are.
  1. After you have determined the Design of your Powerpoint presentation, provided you make your first film with a according to large number. We start with 5 and put them in the middle.
  2. You will have to copy the finished film five Times and count down sequentially to zero. In the end, you should have a total of six films, on the in the same place a number from Five to Zero.
  3. Then select the tab "Transitions", such as the "Fade".
  4. Now select all the slides you need for the Countdown. To do this, simply click and hold the [Ctrl] key, all the "Pay-sheets".
  5. Now you go into the quick launch bar. There you deactivate the Option "on mouse click" under "advance slide" and activate the Option "after" (see image). Finally, only the desired time to enter and you have to put your digital Countdown finished.
  6. Of course, you could also create the Background or the Figures in color, and then according to always a little lighter or darker can. Or maybe a background image slowly, with each number after the show.
