Your Overtime, you can calculate easily with the spreadsheet Excel. Exactly how this works, we can tell you in this practical tip.

Excel calculates Overtime – so it goes

  1. Download this template for Excel download and open it.
  2. Enter above, in which month you want the calculation to make.
  3. In the box below, enter the number of hours you must work per day.
  4. For each of the days, you can now enter the start and end of their work.
  5. Also pauses can be entered there. For 8 hours you need to enter "08:00".
  6. On the right side you will see both Over - and minus hours.
  7. AT the lower end of the table you will see at the end of the month the whole of their working time, as well as the entire or minus hours.
