Outlook: distribution list create

You can send Outlook messages to different people, it is often not worthwhile to Create a distribution list. We will show you how to do it.

E-Mail distribution, or "contact group" to create in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "startup" tab, if it is not already displayed.
  2. Click on the bottom left in the menu bar, click "contacts", so that the top of the menu changed. Here you can select in the "New" the Option "New contact group" - as Microsoft announced recently, the tried and true distributor.
  3. Then a new window will open. In the "Name" field, type the name of your distributor, such as "friends" or "colleagues". Under this name you can select the distribution later.
  4. Now switch to the tab "contact group" and click under the category "members" to "add members".
  5. Here you can select either "From Outlook contacts", "From address book" or "New Mail contact". Enter the name or E-Mail addresses of the contacts and click the "OK"Button.
  6. The distributor is now saved under the specified name.
  7. You can open a new message, you can enter in the address field of the name, so that the distributor is inserted as the recipient.
