OpenOffice: Handout create - so it goes

Under OpenOffice, you can create your presentation quickly a Handout for your audience. This will save you important time that you can invest in the preparation of your appearance. How to do it, we show you here.

Note: This manual applies to OpenOffice 4.1.
  1. Open your presentation with OpenOffice.
  2. At the top left, click on "file".
  3. From the menu, select the "Print" Option.
  4. Now a new window with the print menu opens.
  5. At the very bottom you will find the option "document" and next to it is a drop-down menu.
  6. By selecting the arrow, you can change the selection from "sheet" to "handout".
  7. Under "slides per page" choose how many slides to a page.
  8. In addition, you can set under "range and copies", the slides appear on the Handout.
  9. Finally, set the tab "OpenOffice Impress" whether the handout with color, in grayscale, or in black-and-white print.
