Old German font in Word setting - how to

Your Computer does not have the old German script, you can set this in Word, after a short Installation. We will show you how to do it.

Word: old German fonts to write

  1. Open the website Schrifarten-Fonts.de and locate the desired Version of the old German font.
  2. You have found a suitable variant, click on the Button "Download".
  3. You will be redirected and an automatic Download will start. You can use the downloaded EXE file, please don't. This is installed unnecessary add-on software.
  4. Instead, you click the top right on the Button for "ZIP Download". Then a ZIP file will be saved with the Font on your PC.
  5. Open the ZIP file and open the contained in the TTF file. You may need to extract the ZIP file before.
  6. You have opened the TTF file by double-clicking, you will see a preview of the Font.
  7. Click on the Button "Install" the Font in Windows. You can use the Font in Word.
