MS Word: text-add brands - so it works

Text labels in Word through a few clicks to add. Follow this guide.

Text add in Word

  1. After you open Microsoft Word, click on the text where you want a bookmark insert.
  2. Click on "Insert". Under "Hyperlinks" select the item "bookmark".
  3. A tap in the opened window, under "bookmark name" a name and click "Add".

Cross-reference to a bookmark to add

You want to reference elsewhere in the Text to a text mark, insert a cross-reference:
  1. Select the appropriate point in the Text.
  2. Under Insert, click "cross-reference". There, you choose reference type "bookmark".
  3. In the case of "Referencing" for example, select the page number.
  4. Now put a check mark in the "insert As Hyperlink", and select under the "For which bookmark" the brand, which in the Text is referring.
  5. Finally, click on "Insert". In the Text the page number on which the bookmark is located will now appear as a Hyperlink.
