MS Office Word: change style

In Word, there are vorinsallierte format templates to facilitate the creation of texts. You can change these styles, if you need special settings.

Styles in Word: Changes

  1. Click the "Start" menu, right-click on the format template you want to change.
  2. Select modify to enter the settings.
  3. In the main window, you can select a Font, font size, and font color and bold, italics, or underline to activate. In addition, the alignment of the text, the line spacing adjust the Text indent.
  4. Via the selection menu at the bottom left, you can make finer settings. To do this, click on the desired item and adjust the settings according to your Wish.
  5. The respective changes confirm with "OK".
  6. If you are ready, you can apply the Changes either only in the current document or in all documents. Then confirm with "OK".
