Times in Excel add - so it goes
Please note that these instructions on Excel 2013, refers.
- Select the appropriate cells, in which the times are and select the right mouse button and select "format cells".
- Click under the tab "Numbers" to "user defined". Type in type "[hh]:mm" without the quotes.
- You can then add up the times, using the command "=A1+B1+..." or by typing "=SUM(A1;B1;...)". In this case you replace "A1" and "B1" is simply the name of the corresponding cells.
