Excel: table, send as a PDF

You can send an Excel spreadsheet as a PDF via e-Mail. This comes directly out of the program and by saving the table as a PDF. Our guide helps you.

Excel spreadsheet as a PDF to send

To send the table directly from within the program, you will need a configured e-mail program such as Outlook.
  1. Open the file menu via the Button in the top left and select "Send to" > "PDF E-Mail attachment".
  2. Enter in your e-mail program the recipient and a message and click "Send".

Table save as PDF

If you do not have a mail program, you can save the spreadsheet as a PDF and then as an attachment:
  1. Open the file menu and select "Save as".
  2. As file type select "PDF".
  3. Save the file and send it as an attachment to your Mail.
