E-Mail signature in Outlook to change, or re-create
Proceed as follows to change the signature, or create a new one.
- Top left, click on "file".
- Then select in the page options panel.
- In the new window then left click "E-Mail".
- Under the "compose message", you will find the Button "signatures..." (see image).
- Have you created any signature, you can do this by clicking on "New".
- Enter the name of your signature.
- In the lower text box, you can enter your signature and, optionally, format it.
- At the top right, select at the end of the E-Mail account to which the signature is to be applied. You can also specify whether you want to use the signature just for new messages or replies and forwards.
