E-mail signature in Outlook to change

You want to change your E-Mail signature in Outlook, or create a new one, this is quite easy. Although the feature is somewhat hidden, you need to search for a long time after that.

E-Mail signature in Outlook to change, or re-create

Proceed as follows to change the signature, or create a new one.
  1. Top left, click on "file".
  2. Then select in the page options panel.
  3. In the new window then left click "E-Mail".
  4. Under the "compose message", you will find the Button "signatures..." (see image).
  5. Have you created any signature, you can do this by clicking on "New".
  6. Enter the name of your signature.
  7. In the lower text box, you can enter your signature and, optionally, format it.
  8. At the top right, select at the end of the E-Mail account to which the signature is to be applied. You can also specify whether you want to use the signature just for new messages or replies and forwards.
