- Select the column you want to move by clicking on the letter at the column head.
- You go with the mouse cursor in the Excel table, click the border line to the adjacent column. The mouse pointer changes to an arrow pointing in four directions.
- Press and hold the Shift key (shift).
- Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the column to the desired location in the table.
