Step 1: Before the printing post card in Word to set up
In this tutorial, we will use Word 2013. Among other versions, the individual functions can be arranged a little differently or titled.
- You can switch to the tab "page layout", you can find all the necessary options under the category of "page set up".
- First select under "Format" in the post card A6 size. In the "alignment you have a choice between the portrait and landscape format.
- The "page margins", you can set it to "Narrow". You want to work on this edge, you can also remove it completely.
- Now, the lines for the address are missing. Switch to Insert tab and select table of four rows and one column.
- Reduce the size of the table to the desired size and set it to the right place. Under the tab "Start" you will find in the category of "paragraph", the Option "margins". Remove the left and right edges of the table, the result is four lines.
- You want to create a field for the postal brand, and you can also with a table. You simply use a table with only one row and column.
