MacOS: change profile picture in "user & groups"
- Open the "system preferences" via the Apple Icon in the top left.
- Click on "users & groups".
- Select in the left display to the user.
- Right click on the image to the left of the user name.
- At this point, you can choose a profile picture. You can also rely on self-shot photos or your camera.
