On the energy-time plan of your Macs, you can set the automated hibernation. Please do so:
  1. Open the system settings. You can find this in the list of "programs" in the Finder.
  2. Select the menu item "power save".
  3. Click on "schedule..." in the lower right corner.
  4. With a check in the "Start or Wake" you can drive your Mac at a specific time high, or from sleep to Wake. The second check in the "resting state" drives enable your PC down at night or put it in energy saving mode.
  5. Set finally, for each function, different times and days in order to activate the schedule.
