- To lock WhatsApp, just send a Mail to "support@whatsapp.com". So that your request is processed quickly, select as the subject of "Lost/Stolen: Please my Account disabled".
- Specify in the Mail your mobile number in the international Format. Instead 0174 123456789 WhatsApp needs your number in the Format +49 174 123456789.

Phone stolen, WhatsApp-Account is locked - what now?
- In most cases, it only takes a few hours to WhatsApp locks your Account. The thief can start WhatsApp on your phone still, but no longer access your Account.
- After the deactivation you will have 30 days WhatsApp on a new or the same phone. If this is not done, delete your WhatsApp Account completely.
- Within 30 days, however, it should be no Problem to get a new SIM card. All of the messages that you receive in the time of the blocking, you can play after the activation of the course.

- You lock in your SIM card. As long as the SIM card is active, you can reactivate the thief to your WhatsApp Account via a simple SMS.
