A number portability from a Prepaid leave plan, you must do the following:
- You cancel your Prepaid plan with your current provider and fill out a waiver.
- Termination and waiver statement on the Website of Mobilcom Debitel create.
- Send the created forms to your old mobile provider.
- Be sure to have enough balance on your old card. All fees and costs for the exchange will be deducted from this figure.

- Create a notice of termination for your old contract to the Mobilcom-Debitel website.
- Send the notice by registered letter to your old mobile provider.
- If you subsequently take out a new contract with Mobilcom Debitel, you must present the cancellation confirmation from your old provider.

- If you cancel your number from a long-term contract with Mobilcom want to take Debitel, so you need to your existing contract with regard to the number portability. You can then sign a contract with your new provider with your old phone number.
- If you have a Prepaid Tariff from Mobilcom Debitel, you need to cancel your existing Tariff. The suitable form you will find in the Download area of Debitel, under "application forms" and "notice of termination for number portability".
