Number to 1&1 to take: contract customers
- You cancel your old contract. Notice templates for many of the providers you can find in our Download area. The notice period is at most of the providers of three months.
- You have to order a new contract or a Prepaid card with 1&1. During the order process you specify that you want to take your old phone number.
- Please note that all personal information, such as address and date of birth must match those of your old provider.
- For the number portability, the old provider usually demands a fee between 25 and 30 euros. 1&1 writes to you, however, 25 Euro, so you will not be left with the costs.
