You should have the Problem still not fixed, there remain two last options: reset network settings or memory empty.
  • Open the "settings"App and navigate via the menu items "General" and "Reset" to the Option "network settings". Confirm your decision with "Reset" and set up the mobile network again as described above.
  • To Empty the RAM, you can perform a cold start. Hold the Home Button and the on/off switch until the device is switched off completely. Restart your iPhone afterwards.
