iPad one chicken: repair request with Apple
- Open first, the Support Apple website and choose in the category "iPad" the item "repairs and physical damage" from. After you have selected a reason, you can return the equipment "To repair".
- You send your unit in for repair, wish Apple still a few precautions. Since it may be a replacement device, you should previously your iPad to factory settings to reset.
