- Under certain circumstances, sub-functions, such as "do Not disturb" on iPhone or on Android devices, press the calls. The Mailbox will then start immediately.
- Check whether the do Not Disturb feature on your iPhone or Android device is enabled and disable the Feature.
- You can use several SIM cards with one phone number, you should Not-Interfere with the function on all the devices off. It may be that the devices interfere with each other.
