iOS 11: Why there are problems with the Apps?
- Currently, the majority of iPhones and iPads with iOS 10.2 use. Are you using the Public Beta of iOS 10, you already have the latest Version of iOS 10.3 available.
- There are now turned up evidence that there will be iOS 11 major Compatibly problems with various Apps. Older Apps that have not been receiving any more Updates, could then fail completely.
Switching to iOS 11: Which Apps are compatible?
- The reason for the whole Problem in the old 32-Bit structure of the Apps. Since the iPhone 5S in 2013 for the first time with a 64-Bit processor, worked, were, the App developers stopped their Apps in 64-Bit System to create. This makes the Apps in the first place faster.
- By now, most App developers have changed their Apps, around 8 percent of the iOS Apps, however, are still missing. The are after all, more than 187,000 Apps that are threatened.
- If Apple pulls out in September with iOS 11 really for all 32-Bit Apps, plug-in, is currently still unclear. In iOS 10.3 the user is made aware that Apps no longer or only slowly could soon run. Apple also asks about the App to inform developers.
- To see which Apps will work soon, you can open it under iOS 10.3 just the settings App. Here you will find the new category in the "App compatibility", here you will be made aware if one or more of the Apps will no longer be on your device with the iOS 11 compatible. The most common and most popular Apps have been changed in the rule years ago.
