Mobile phone network Vodafone is down
If your phone displays "No network" or you can no longer make phone calls, this may have to Vodafone but also other causes.
- First, turn off your phone and remove the battery. Put the battery back in and switch it on after a few minutes.
- Check whether your SIM card might not be plugged in correctly, and you therefore have no network reception.
- May be you are in a location (such as: strong metallic building), where you have no network reception. You switch, if possible, the place and see if anything changes.
- You can also look in your contract, whether your contract is still current. Or check with a Prepaid card the funds.
- Should all this not help, or not to be the case, log in to the Vodafone customer service.

Vodafone down - what to do?
Vodafone down DSL connection
Take advantage of your DSL connection via Vodafone and have a fault with your Internet connection? Here, you can also check whether it is Vodafone or not.
- Check the firewall settings on your PC. The most common reason for Internet connection problems is in the wrong firewall settings. Turn off the Firewall and check the connection again.
- Restart your Router. Turn it off and unplug it for a couple of minutes from the AC mains and turn it on again.
- You control the parental control on your Router. Often, this prevents the connection with the Internet. Reset your Router to factory settings to make unwanted settings.
- Check the Internet connection with another receiving device, for example a mobile phone or Tablet.
- We still have more diagnostic options worn together, if the Internet does not work.
- These steps still do not help, the Problem is directly to Vodafone. Check on allestörungen.dewhether the General interference in the case of Vodafone is not available.
- You can also on the Vodafone customer service contact with Vodafone record, and further help ask.
