Uplay password reset
- Open the Online store Uplay. At the top right you will find a Button "Sign up", you usually log on with your access data. With a click, the Login form opens.
- There, you will see the input fields for Email and password the text link "forgot password?".
- Then you only need your e-mail address and a security captcha - enter and it will give you a Email to Reset the password sent to you. This does not appear, check your Spam folder.
- In the Email, click on the corresponding Link that leads you to an Online form. There you have to enter a new password and be able to use Uplay on as usual.
