To control the settings of Twitter

First, you should access the settings of Twitter. To do this, proceed as follows:
  1. Log in to Twitter and click on the upper edge of the Gear. In the window that now opens, click on "settings".
  2. Then select on the left side "profile". See also the Screenshot in the next paragraph.
  3. The profile settings from Twitter now open. At this point, you can make your profile more individual.

To create a custom Header for Twitter

Then follow the steps below to get your own personal Twitter Header.
  1. Click in the "header" to the point "header change".
  2. Then, select the "upload photo". Note that Twitter recommends an image size of 1500 x 500 pixels and a maximum file size of five megabytes of permits. Also, make sure that the photo is a JPG, GIF or PNG file. Twitter itself does not support animated GIF files.
  3. Alternatively, you can insert the photo by Drag-&-Drop or the Header image again to remove it. So you can test out different variations before you commit to a desired header image.
  4. Everything is ready, scroll down until you reach the save point "Changes". Click this and you will see the connection for your Twitter profile.
