Many news sites offer RSS Feeds. But what is it anyway? We give here a short overview with all the important information.

What are RSS Feeds?

  • The RSS Feed ("Really Simple Syndication") is a News subscription, informing you of new articles and reports:
  • The source is an XML file, such as "http://www.chip.de/rss/rss_downloads.xml"you are in the Browser or for example with the Feed-Reader "Say" to open, and then subscribe to can.
  • As soon as a new article is published, you will be informed, and with a click forwarded to the website.
