- On www.redcoon.de/retour you can select a return receipt request. You do not have an Account, you must keep the order number and the E-Mail address that you used for the order.
- Alternatively, you can write an E-Mail to "retoure@redcoon.de" or contact the customer service in the Chat Center on redcoon.de. By phone you can contact: 06021 / 8 671 671 (Mo. to Fri. from 8.00 to 19.00, Saturday from 9.00 to 16.00).
- You will then receive a return slip for the item purchased.
- Send Packed then the product is original and free from signs of wear at redcoon back.
- DVDs, CDs and other media products may not be unsealed and the packaging must not be opened.
- You will get approx. a week later, the invoice amount refunded.
