Private Facebook message to friends
A private message to a Facebook friend or a Facebook send page, you have two options:
- Open the profile of your Facebook friend and click at the top right of the "wall" on the Button "send message" (see Screenshot). There is a Chat window opens in the bottom right and you can write your message. In this way, you can also send messages to Facebook pages - however, only if they allow for that too.
- Alternatively, you can enter in the Facebook Chat at the right edge of the image just the name of the Person you want to send a Private message. Even if it is just offline, sending your Text.

Private message to other Facebook Users to send
You can also send Private messages to Facebook users with whom you are not friends with:
- Go to the Person's profile and click on the "Bulletin Board" on the Button "send message" (see Screenshot). There is a message window, in which you can enter the Text and then click on "Send" can send open.
