Unusual activity on your PayPal account should bring with them all the alarm bells to Sound. And not only that - here you read how you save your money or at least the damage is limited.

Unusual account activity with PayPal - change password

You have the nasty suspicion that Unauthorised access to your PayPal account, have gained it, you should change in the same second password.
  1. To change your password in PayPal, first log in to your Account. Under your "Personal information", select "password" and then "Change".

There is no access to the PayPal account: So go ahead now

You will not have access to your account, call the Homepage of PayPal and scroll to the bottom.
  • In the bottom menu bar, click on the "security"Option.
  • On the following page, scroll down again and select in the "Related Links" the Option "Unauthorized account access"report.
  • Finally, you go in the right column under "you can not login at the moment?" to "More".
  • You have received any suspicious emails, please forward them to spoof@paypal.com .
