Otelo: SIM card blocked – how to

Have you lost your SIM card or it was stolen from you, you should take it to Otelo blocked as soon as possible. We will show you how to do this.

Your SIM card from Otelo you can't lock itself. Instead, you must call customer service.

The phone number is 12431. You can reach the Support team around the clock.
Here you can order a replacement SIM. The costs you 25 euros.
After two to three days, your new SIM should arrive card to you. You can then use them immediately.
